This is a package of three sessions with a specific objective.

"The word Catharsis comes from the Greek Katharsis, which means "purification" or "cleansing". It is the purification and purgation of emotions through art."

 

Using music, we will work on a specific issue that is relevant to you, for instance, a particular emotion that you are having problems dealing with.

 

You will:

 

• understand the problem you are experiencing, becoming able to observe it from a more balanced perspective

• embody the emotions connected to the issue in question and process them

• use improvisation to discover how to transform the “problem” into a resource through art
